Frequently asked questions

Important questions, answered clearly.

Can Liberty Education Group guarantee admission?

No. Admission decisions are made independently by each institution. We help students identify suitable options and prepare organized, truthful applications.

Can you guarantee a student visa?

No. Visa decisions are made only by the relevant government authorities. We may provide general preparation and direct students to official sources, but we do not control outcomes or provide legal representation.

Which destination is the company’s main focus?

The United States is the primary focus, while the team also has experience with the UK, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and other markets.

Do you offer scholarship guidance?

We can help students review published scholarship information and understand application requirements. Scholarships and financial aid are never guaranteed.

What should I avoid sending through the website?

Do not send passport numbers, bank details, card information, national identification numbers, or highly sensitive documents through the website form. Contact the team first to agree on an appropriate secure method.

How are consultation requests handled?

The secure contact form sends the inquiry to a protected Firebase collection for review in the administrator CMS. It does not place student documents in email. WhatsApp remains an optional separate contact method.

1

Use official sources

Verify visa, immigration, and government requirements directly through the responsible authority because rules can change.

2

Tell the complete truth

Applications and interviews should be accurate. Missing or misleading information can create serious consequences.

3

Plan the full cost

Look beyond tuition to housing, meals, insurance, transportation, travel, deposits, and emergency needs.

4

Choose for fit

A suitable institution matters more than a famous name that does not match your preparation, finances, or goals.

Turn your research into a practical plan.

Bring your questions and documents to a consultation.
