1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A student under 18 must use the document portal with parent or guardian involvement and consent. The portal is not available to a child under 13.
If you act for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their information and accept these Terms for the permitted purpose.
2. Education consultancy services
Liberty may provide profile review, course and institution research, application preparation, document guidance, interview preparation, communication support, and pre-departure information. Specific paid services, fees, refunds, deliverables, and timelines should be stated in a separate written service agreement or invoice.
Universities, testing bodies, financial institutions, credential evaluators, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and government agencies are independent decision-makers. Their requirements, fees, availability, and decisions may change without notice.
3. Invitations, accounts, and security
A document-upload invitation is confidential, single-use, time-limited, and intended only for the named or intended student. Do not share, publish, forward, sell, or reuse it. Tell Liberty immediately if an invitation is lost, exposed, or used by someone else.
Students must create or use their own Firebase email/password account, verify the email address, keep credentials confidential, and use the exact verified email associated with the invitation. Do not share an account or allow another person to submit under your identity. Contact Liberty promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Administrator access is restricted to authorized personnel. Attempts to access the CMS, student records, storage, authentication systems, or security controls without authorization are prohibited.
4. Student information and document uploads
You confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawfully obtained, and provided for a legitimate education-consultancy purpose. You retain ownership of your documents. You grant Liberty and its authorized service providers a limited right to host, scan, review, organize, reproduce, and transmit the materials only as necessary to provide requested services, secure the platform, comply with law, and maintain appropriate records.
You must not upload malicious code, password-protected or deliberately obfuscated files, executable content, forged records, stolen information, unrelated confidential material, or documents you are not authorized to provide. Files may be rejected, quarantined, or deleted when they fail security checks.
Do not upload a document merely because the portal technically accepts its format. Upload only records requested by Liberty and use reasonable redaction where unrelated sensitive information is not required.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- break, bypass, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service or its security;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, finances, identity, credentials, or application materials;
- use automated tools to create inquiries, redeem invitations, or upload content without written permission;
- introduce malware or attempt to obtain another student’s records;
- use website content in a misleading way or imply government, university, British Council, or other third-party endorsement; or
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful conduct.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The website design, text, logo, graphics, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Liberty and are protected by applicable law. You may use public pages for personal, noncommercial research. You may not copy, republish, sell, frame, or create misleading derivative materials without permission.
University names, government marks, certification names, and third-party content belong to their respective owners. Reference to a destination or institution does not itself establish partnership, endorsement, or authorization.
7. Testimonials, photos, and public submissions
Liberty will obtain appropriate permission before publishing an identifiable student testimonial, story, or photograph. If you authorize publication, the separate permission should identify the material, uses, duration, withdrawal process, and whether compensation applies. Liberty may edit for length or clarity without changing the substance.
8. Information and professional disclaimers
Public website information is general and may become outdated. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or university-issued advice. Students must confirm current requirements with the relevant institution or authority and should seek qualified professional advice where needed.
Except where law does not permit exclusion, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Liberty does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete absence of errors, or that every third-party requirement is reflected on the website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Liberty is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss; lost admission opportunities; scholarship or visa decisions; changes made by third parties; network or device failures; or loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, unauthorized, or fraudulent information supplied by a user.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct. Any fee-related liability limits should be stated in the signed service agreement and reviewed by counsel.
10. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized documents, deliberate misrepresentation, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
11. Suspension and termination
Liberty may revoke an invitation, reject a file, suspend access, preserve evidence, or terminate service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment under a separate agreement, misuse, fraud, threats, or protection of a student or third party. You may stop using the website and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Electronic communications
You consent to receive service-related communications at the contact information you provide. Ordinary email and WhatsApp are not appropriate for sending sensitive documents. Electronic records and consent may be used where legally valid.
13. Governing law, disputes, and severability
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Liberty Education Group LLC is registered, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The specific registered state, venue, and any required dispute process must be inserted and reviewed before launch.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any signed service agreement form the applicable agreement, with the signed service agreement controlling for conflicts about paid services.
14. Changes and contact
